Surrounded by mountains with gentle slopes and with magnificent views of the Tordera Valley , Montseny and Montnegre , you will enjoy a privileged environment for excursions on foot and by bicycle following signposted paths such as the Tourdera , which connects Montseny with the Costa Brava or one of the Great Waterways of the Selva region.
For those who like to go on shorter trips, you will find two local itineraries: on the one hand the round of the castle , which retraces the surroundings of the castle offering unusual views of this imposing fortress, and on the other the visit to the medieval orchards following the route of the Parc de les Rieres .
These routes allow you to enjoy the natural heritage (riverside forest, Mediterranean forest, the Tordera river and Arbúcies stream), agricultural heritage (orchards) and historical heritage (the orchard mill, Hostalric castle and the medieval grounds).
